Quite a lovely image, Paul...that you can make a ceiling its own poetic best. Having been perusing your work for some time now, I've been meaning to tell you what impresses me personally, is that it's like a marriage of creativity to technical virtuosity. One just can't survive without the other. An artist's tools and technique are the foundation building blocks for creativity to be even possible. I can see in your posts the full measure of what it takes in drive, ambition, and sheer hard work itself, still being expended to a very high level of achievement. This is affirmed in the rightful admiration of so many people for whom you've succinctly captured a magic event, or an achievement of character...or who appreciate your generosity in sharing a bit of the very interesting days of your career and life events intertwined....
