We do quite a lot of work with the Canadian Military… My family came to Canada in 1655 to serve with our first Regiment and have not missed an engagement since that time.
It is great to record these men and women who serve our country and hear their stories.
Our style ranges from classic to ultra funky editorial….Each serves a purpose.
You really should go to the main portrait section of our site to get an idea of the range of our work. This particular image was used
to announce the new head of DND.
We shoot a broad range of people and products in our large Centretown Ottawa studio and on location pretty well anywhere you want to send us….
This is an international campaign for a California company called Piper that launched in Las Vegas this January. The images were used for a range of trade show, brochure and online PR and advertising. We helped art direct, coordinate and plan the campaign from sourcing props via Ottawa`s Kiki Interiors (who even helped us find the beautiful dog) to building concepts that would work to display these cool devices.
On time, on budget…it`s how we roll.
Currently the ad is running in about a dozen mags and has garnered attention from over 50 tech sites…not a bad investment I would say….
Yes…we do LinkedIn portraits…in fact, we shoot for LinkedIn doing all their own portraits….
We also shoot corporate headshots on location (as in the above example for a local hospital) and in our centrally located studio on Gladstone Avenue in Ottawa.
Call the studio for a quote…we do offer bulk pricing.
We shoot a lot of portraits for everyone from Doctors and Lawyers to Politicians and Real Estate Agents. Our studio is conveniently located right in Centretown Otawa on Gladstone near Bank and we have the largest space in the city for shooting big groups. So far, the record is 42 adults in one shot!!! This group from District Realty have been clients for a couple of decades and the shoot was for a relaunch of their website.
We shoot a lot of events and sometimes we are asked to not only shoot an event, but provide instant prints for the participants. This shoot was much more than a simple photo booth however, since the client wanted large (5/7) prints with an NFL sponsor logo on each delivered right away for signing by the NFL players. It all worked out fine, thanks to prep work, planning and enough staff to coordinate the printing and the 60 or so kids at the event….
This was a good test of our skills at lighting. First, the room was only about 15ft square and the walls were white…not very conducive
for showing off chrome.
We shot this for a trade show booth that will be in Vegas in January. What can I say…I love a challenge.
